(And after logging in after a longggggg time I realise I have several drafts to be posted magawd)

A very literal title as I took many photos - the photos that needs to be wash and are recorded on film - and they came out really cool, the saturation and all, really old school way of recording the beauty of Phuket.

And that's the view from our Jacuzzi...we stayed at Wyndham Sea Pearl Resorts & Villas and it was a distance from Phuket Town but there was a mini-bus bringing hotel guests to and fro the shopping mall and Patong beach every hour, till 8pm. So the only downside was that this service stopped way before the nightlife of Phuket even started for real hurhur

We asked the hotel staff for some recommendations of a quiet beach "with fine and white sand" and they introduced us to this beach (I FORGOT THE NAME) and it was so secluded one had to climb a huge flight of stone steps before reaching the beach. It definitely lived up to its isolation factor but the sand wasn't the whitest hahaha but it was finer and it was significantly less polluted compared to Patong beach.

The view from our breakfast area at the resort. The breakfast spread was decent, with both Eastern and Western offerings to satisfy both crowds. When we went in June, Sea Pearl Villa just got acquired by Wyndham so there was a huge initiation party and all at their pool restaurant and many distinguished guests staying there. Guess their operations improved quite a bit too and the best part was attaining the Wyndham membership that would come into good use while touring Australia!

More pictures of the secluded beach. In the shaded area, there were many stalls renting tanning mats and brolley for tanning on the beach. We rented 2 tanning mats, a brollie and a side table for about SGD$12 and we thought it was pretty decent. There are no time limits, only a limit to how much heat your body can take hahaha and the heat is really pretty crazy at the beach I got really distinct tanlines after only an hour of tanning.

Now that's our snacks we bought for our beach picnic - pineapple and papaya from Big C Supermarket in the mall! In the background, you can see the silhouette of two people and they are the hottest couple we saw ever, with the woman being extremely toned and shapely in the right places and the guy having proportionate back muscles and abs. Model couple, defo.

After a relatively short tanning session, we head to a small restaurant we spied beside the beach while tanning. Went over to grab some drinks and some Thai food. Here's the chilled Chang and my orange juice~ I have so many pictures with my fingers in the picture I can't believe I didn't realise while taking the shot. Need to look out for the finger

And subsequently, I ran out of film and we had to revert back to our phones to capture these moments. Wished we didn't take so much of the beach hahaha but no regrets cuz the blue waters make every picture look so pretty

Here's the pretty bed that was decorated with rose petals and towel swans. Okay, it wasn't our anniversary but we lusted for a better view of our room and were hoping we would get it if we requested. But the staff misinterpreted our requests that we wanted a decorated room instead. Oh wells its still pretty cool because we recycled the rose petals in our jacuzzi the next day.

Here's the spread we had at No.6,restaurant, the original one near Jungceylon Shopping Mall. We had extreme difficulty finding it due to the lack of clear directions so here are some once and for all: from Jungceylon, cross the road and while facing Jungceylon, walk left all the way until you meet a restaurant filled with diners and highly likely, that is the one you're looking for! Pad Thai and tom yum was good while the rest I thought were average. Have eaten way better ones in Bangkok~

For our last dinner, we wanted to eat No. 6 again (because there was so much rave about it and...we wanted to try more of their signature dishes) but we wanted to go up the hill to experience a different environment since the shop near Jungceylon was really crowded and you get this silent pressure to eat faster because there is a queue waiting outside. No, 6 provides a tuktuk that brings you up to their outlet up a hill.

Anddddd we were pleasantly surprised! Some blogs have said the restaurant on the hill wasn't as enjoyable an experience but this is definitely much better! More space, better ambience, heck we even got to see fireworks (because some rich person probably set it off to celebrate). We chose seats in the open area where we could see the entire Phuket from abird's eye view and it was amazing to eat delicious Thai food, alongside the bright night sight of Phuket town.
